Havening with my 10 year old son for an accident, and then anxiety/reluctance to go to school

My 10 year son Carter had two Havening sessions with Susan. I was present for both and supported the process by doing the Havening touch while Susan facilitated the process. (Carter's choice)
One was for him experiencing sore tummies in the car. We traced this back to himself and his dog both being hit by a car.
The second session was for anxiety, stress, and reluctance to go to school.
Each session began with Carter drawing the event. I appreciate how Susan helped Carter to feel at ease, supported, and in control of the process. Both sessions were light hearted with us all laughing throughout.
As a parent, it is difficult watching your child go through challenging times, Susan and Havening really helped us.

Early Life Trauma

I heard about Havening from Susan, who gave me my first session earlier this week. As you normally do, you think... hmm, a bit sceptical. Before I had the session, Susan gave me all the information about how it works, including an information video and every step of the way, Susan talked me through everything she was doing and the reasons why. Before we began, she said you might need a box of tissues, and I thought to myself "nah" it will be ok - well, she wasn't wrong. I was amazed by the session. Susan took her time, and I felt like she really knew what she was doing.

Havening for early life trauma.

The first session I engaged with Susan in a havening was for extended early life trauma. She took me through a Transpirational havening and then the Photostack process. It helped me let go of long standing unnecessary thought processes. I was able to send them flying away. I found it very freeing.

Havening for the trauma of seeing my child get hit by a car!

I had a Havening session with Susan to help me with the trauma of witnessing my child cross the road, to then see a car coming, and be unable to do anything about it, before he got hit. I thought I was going to be picking up my deceased child.
I had found that every time I saw a red car I was being triggered.
The process was very simple and non-threatening. I was amazed that straight after the Havening I looked out of the window and saw a red car and I was not affected at all.

Havening with Susan about my cancer diagnosis.

I decided to do Havening with Susan about my cancer diagnosis. I had not spoken about this before. At first my level of distress was extreme at 10/10. After several rounds of Havening, with distractions, I felt refreshed and energised and my distress score was 0/10.
I found Susan to be calm, reassuring and professional. She put me at ease during the process and I feel we had a great result. I would recommend Susan and Havening to anybody considering giving it a go.

I would recommend Susan and the Havening Techniques to anyone who is looking to change their life.

I started my first session with Susan carrying feelings of being worthless, embarrassed and ashamed. Throughout the session the feelings I had been drowning in became less controlling and I was able to revisit these hurtful life events and release the impact they had on my present. What an amazing technique! I’ve been through many years of working through past issues, but this technique is not hard, it seems to just happen. One thing I liked was that Susan is incredibly gentle and direct in her approach. I found it easy to relax, share openly and go deep into my feelings with her guidance. I found that each time after working with Susan I felt lighter and more at peace with myself. I would recommend Susan and the Havening Techniques to anyone who is looking to change their life.
